Basic Furnished: classed as minimal furniture such as bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa. Heavily Furnished: classed as numerous items of smaller furniture, crockery, cutlery etc. *Please note that all inventory prices are based on two downstairs reception rooms and two bathrooms. Additional bathrooms and reception rooms with be charged at an addtional £5.00 per room unfurnished and £10.00 per room furnished. We are based in Keynsham a typically carry out work within a 10 mile radius. We are happy to carry out Inventories further away but this may affect price by typically £10 per inventory. Please contact us for a specific quote if you have any questions. Other Prices Check In – meet the tenant at the property and sign off on the condition of the property on this date - £55.00 up to 4 bedrooms, £65 more than 4 bedrooms. An additional charge of £10 may be added for works carried out on a weekend. Check Out – meet the tenants at the property and carry out a check out of the property detailing the condition, including cleanliness and damages differing from the original inventory and provide a check out report for the Agent or Landlord - £70.00- up to 3 bedrooms, £80.00more than 3 bedrooms, £100 for 5 bedrooms or more. Please note an extra £10 will be charged on top of all above prices for work carried out on a weekend or out of hours 9am-5pm Inspection – visit the property and provide a snapshot of the condition of the property during the tenancy on a one to two page report along with a photographic record - £40.00 for a single property or £35.00 each if more than one on the same day. |
